High Purity Systems, Inc. specializes in the custom fabrication of process system components, vacuum components, utility panels, gas delivery systems, and various other custom parts for the semiconductor, aerospace, and biopharmaceutical industries.

In 1995, we constructed a Certified Class 100/Class 1000 Clean Room at our main location. Since then, our ability to meet the industry's need for custom parts has expanded. We have facilitated that process with the creation of a broad range of innovative tools and techniques that have helped us to increase quality, while reducing overall cost.

In addition to our precision welding capabilities, we have the ability to provide polishing services, detailed 3-Dimensional CAD drawings, and a wide array of analytical testing.

The two images to the direct left illustrate a recent example of our ability to cater to the needs of specific clients and their stringent specifications.

The client in this case supplied us with an engineered P&ID for a gas purge panel and we in turn provided the client with a detailed 3-Dimensional layout, from which we could construct the final product.

The fabrication process was completed in our Class 100/Class 1000 Clean Room, and consisted entirely of clean system components to meet detailed client specifications.

Here is another example of our custom fabrication capabilities. In this case, the bio-pharmaceutical valve body was provided to us, and with our advanced precision welding techniques we attached the tube stubs to the body. The welds at the points of connection were fully penetrated to eliminate any entrapment areas on the wetted surface. After the welding process was complete, the external welds were ground down and the entire assembly was polished to create one solid, smooth-surfaced assembly.

This last photograph illustrates a complex system that was fabricated in our Class 100/Class 1000 Clean Room. The system was design by a client and then laid out in 3-D here at High Purity Systems, Inc. After the welding was completed, threaded holes were machined into the plates per client design.
